5.1           WD represents that it has produced and is the absolute owner of the "Fretocizer" and "Little Fretty" which is considered it's "Intellectual Property",  the "Property" shall include any ideas, patentable and unpatentable inventions, drawings,  prototypes,  models, designs,  future products and any information including and not limited to engineering and technical information, trade secrets, financial information, pricing methods, business plans, business strategies/practices, proposals and contracts.

5.2   By viewing this web site Property, the party agrees that it may not be reproduced or copied in any manner what-so-ever and the party agrees not to divulge, disclose, sell or utilize such Property to any third parties, nor for a party's own benefit, without written permission from WHITELIGHT DESIGN, Inc.. Unauthorized disclosure or use of this Property in whole or in part may be subject to legal action. 

5.3  No property including drawings, photos, images, graphics or related materials may be uploaded or downloaded to or from this Website by anyone without the written permission of WD.
